SAP HR Process Analyst (Copm/Ben/OM/PA/Time)

The 3rd largest tobacco manufacturer offers a challenging position in Global IT – Center of Excellence with opportunities for professional and career development. <pMain areas of responsibility:

  • Provide application support for both Production and Development environments. 
  • Configure the software to implement the required business solution
  • Test implemented technical application notes (SAPNet Notes for example) or similar messages.
  • Communicate with the application vendor’s technical support team.
  • Request and monitor remote access by application vendor’s technical support team.
  • Provide and confirm problem solution. Maintenance of solution database. Maintain appropriate documentation on the change request.
  • Working together with the Corporate HR team, local HR, HR power users on documenting the processes from a business perspective.
  • Ensure full compliance with One Change Management process.
  • When participating in a Project Team: Design of business processes. Configuration and configuration coordination with external parties, unit testing, integration and regression testing, documentation. Definition and roll out of standards and templates.

Requirements:

  • SAP Configuration experience for HR
  • Detailed knowledge of application testing, test procedures and test scenarios (new support packages, releases, functionalities and customizing).
  • Familiarity with business process change management including implementation, testing and verification of change requests
  • The ability to work effectively in a diversified team under pressure situations
  • Strong analytical skills. – Must be able to communicate effectively in written material and orally
  • Good working knowledge of two to three of the HR business processes
  • Knowledge of the application customizing and operations linked to these processes, desire and aptitude to learn other SAP HR business processes
  • Support experience in the area of SAP and non-SAP HR interfaces, SAP XI/PI, ALE
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong power user computer skills
