Install the master software on all pc’s and connect printers , respecting all astron ICT standards. Give first line training to the users. Make sure the asset management syste(CDMB) is up to date. Be the second level support in coordination with the helpdesk. Provide all necessary documentation to user satisfaction. Make sure all software licenses are in accordance with the legal compliance. execute and follow up action plans in accordance with the ICT infrastructure planning teamwork process. Manage the local servers, according the system administrator requirements. Update the infrastructure intranet site , where required. Provide Documentation and written Procedures . Participate in Contingency plans. Assist in deployment plannning for hardware and software and user office move requirements. execute first-level support to local users (helpdesk). security  Provide user access to applications according signed login requests.  Control daily the backup situation according the backup procedure.
