Customer Support Engineer

Responsibilities
We are looking for technical specialists to work in the customer support team, troubleshooting and resolving customers’ issues with the software products over email or telephone.

Skills and requirements
Strong spoken and written English and communication skills
Windows environment administration or development experience
VMware or Hyper-V virtualization environment experience
Listening, relationship building and customer servicing skills
Desire to learn and succeed in a fast paced environment
MS MOM/SCOM or HP OpenView OpsManager experience is a plus
