Customer Care Representative

Veeam Software is an international company with U.S. headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio and R&D headquarters in St. Petersburg, Russia. We offer innovative, practical solutions to helpIT professionals better manage virtual servers. Today the company focuses on managing VMware servers.

We are looking for young people to work in the customer support team, helping customers with our software products over email or telephone.

Skills and requirements
Strong spoken and written English and communication skills
Listening, relationship building and customer servicing skills
Experience working in Windows environments
Desire to learn and succeed in a fast paced environment
Customer support experience is a plus
