Summary  

  • Advanced support for the full range of e-banking services provided by ING Moscow (including dial-up ING-Client, internet WEB-Client, ING Onile as well as phone banking) on the bank as well as on client side.
  • Helpdesk for e-banking services subscribers of ING Moscow within the scope of technical and operational tasks related to usage of e-banking applications and processing of electronic documents in the applications both on client and bank sides.
  • Execution of standard support procedures for the bank part of e-banking applications.

 

Responsibilities

  • Receive and register customer calls
  • Technical issues resolution by the phone or visiting customers
  • Perform application initial setup as well as post-setup updates and upgrades by the phone or visiting customers
  • Customer training and advising by phone or meeting customers
  • Prepare system setup kits
  • Guarantee availability of the e-banking services
  • Guarantee prompt delivery of customer’s electronic instructions to the bank as well as bank’s documents to the customer
