Web & sales analyst

Well known ISV is looking for Web and Sales analyst, E-commerce Department.

Main tasks:

  • Identify and keep track of key performance metrics, build dashboards, present key insights and ensure data drives actions to improve the business
  • Maintain and administer all process descriptions associated with management reporting
  • Interact with Ecommerce managers to resolve management reporting issues
  • Assist in developing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Analyze and improve management reporting processes
  • Instrument, measure, analyze & report on online & cross channel marketing programs: include search engine marketing, email campaigns, affiliate marketing and all marketing & ad campaigns. ROI analysis
  • Provide reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Measure and report online booking volumes against targets and regular reporting to stakeholders
  • Generate ad hoc analyses and reporting (including historical database) to support Online Business strategy and operations
  • Troubleshoot Ecommerce report instrumentation and reporting issues and anomalies
  • Take a leading role in defining and implementing new reporting, making recommendations using good business and financial judgment
  • Understand significant business drivers and translate them to reporting
  • Objectively deliver insights and help create a culture of data-driven decision making


  • Degree in economics, statistics or mathematics is preferable
  • Extensive knowledge in web analytic tools and systems
  • Highly proficient in Excel (including Pivot tables)
  • Native Russian speaker, fluent English is a must
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in reporting and analysis
  • Experience in software company is a plus
  • Proficient in Omniture or any other web analytical tool
  • Experience in building web analytic systems, KPI implementation and analysis
